Have you worked in a HR position in the past? Do you have knowledge in the recruitment process of new employees?

This market leading company are specialists within their field, manufacturing solutions for a variety of industries such as marine, equestrian and architectural. They are currently thriving and in high demand for their services which has led to them looking to recruit a like-minded HR Consultant to join their growing team.

This is an office based position where you will provide support across the whole of the HR department. Working on and covering the HR, recruitment, payroll and training side of the business. The ideal candidate would have had previous experience of working in a HR position as well as having knowledge and/or has been a part of recruiting potential employees to their previous employer.

This is an ideal position for someone from a HR background to work in a varied position where you will cover a number of aspects of a stable, well-established business.

The Role:

  • Be involved in all aspects of the business such as, HR, Recruitment, Training and Payroll
  • Suggest improvement measures for the HR department to ensure continuous improvements are being made
  • Monday - Friday (9:00am - 17:00pm)
  • £32,000 - £34,000 + Minimum Working Hours + Guaranteed Job Security

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Looking for a stable working environment in an a varied job role
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Commutable to Maldon
