Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Van + Fuel Card + Bonus + Holidays + Pension

This ambitious company supplies and services oil heating systems and are developing their engineering service to provide quality assistance to their customers. They are looking to develop their business by moving into renewable energy systems and so are looking to build their team around engineers who want to grow with them.

In this role you will be servicing and repairing oil heating systems and installing smart monitors on domestic oil tanks. You will be delivering fantastic customer service by dealing with any issues that may arise and giving professional assistance. This role will provide you with the opportunity to grow within a division with brilliant expectations for the future.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Heating Engineer having worked on oil or gas heating systems, looking to build new experience.

The role:
*Maintenance and repair of oil heating systems.
*Training on new technology and systems including oil.
*Customer assistance dealing with issues and complaints.
*Covering East Anglia - including some nights away (accommodation covered).

The person:
*Plumbing and Heating/Gas safe engineer.
*OFTEC Qualifications (101, 102, 105E, 600A) - Desirable.
*Willing to travel to sites.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Strong customer service experience and communication abilities.
