In this role you will report to the Managing Director providing insight and analysis, holding the main responsibility for driving process and operations improvement. Using your process improvement experience and skills you will play a critical part in driving operational efficiencies, improving customer service and reducing costs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head of/Director/Senior of process improvements and have a track record of working with key stakeholders, an ability to deliver insight based on data and able to increase efficiency and productivity of business processes.

The Role:

  • Report directly to the Managing Director
  • Provide insight and analysis in the role
  • Hold the main responsibility for driving process and operations improvement

The Person:

  • Experience as Head of/Director/Senior in process improvements
  • Demonstrated track record of working effectively with key stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver insights based on data
  • Expertise in increasing efficiency and productivity of business processes
