Job description

£25,000 - £35,000 + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Car Allowance/Company Car + Bonus up to 17k per land plot!

This growing company have recently secured more land across the Yorkshire area and are now looking for a Land Graduate to join their team and assist with future land planning and acquisitions.

In this role you will be develop an understanding of and assist the identification of potential land and partnership opportunities, help construct schemes and bidding proposals, have involvement with community engagement, whilst also learning legal agreements on projects and help develop relationships with partner organisations.

The Person:

  • Land degree or equivalent
  • Some previous experience in land would be beneficial
  • Full UK Driving License
