This impressive company are now recruiting for a bilingual Polish/English person with a scientific education, to provide technical support in English and Polish to our UK and Polish R&D, Compliance and Sales teams.

This role will be based in their Aylesbury head office with some travel in the UK and Poland.

There is great scope for creativity and personal development within this role, and you will be supported by extensive training on our products, a fully equipped laboratory, enthusiastic and supportive colleagues, and outside training where required.

This role is essential in enabling this company to continue to provide our customers and suppliers with excellence in innovation and customer service. The successful candidate will benefit from the exciting opportunities and on-going career development that we can offer

The ideal candidate would be a graduate chemist with a passion for science and an outgoing personality.

This is an amazing role for a graduate to move into a unique and interesting role with a company who have a rich history to developing and training graduates enabling them to go onto bigger things.

The role:
*Developing strong technical understanding of our wide range of Personal Care ingredients.
*Communicating complex technical information clearly and concisely.
*Helping our Compliance team to ensure that all technical documentation is correct in both English and Polish.
*Supporting our UK and Polish Sales teams with customer enquiries and requests.
*Attending relevant Cosmetic and Toiletry industry meetings, seminars, exhibitions and symposia to increase knowledge of the Personal Care industry.
*Helping to develop Company strategy regarding how best to promote our products in the UK and Poland.

The person:
*A strong scientific education and preferably a degree in a scientific subject
*Candidates from a chemistry degree or equivalent are encouraged to apply
*The ability to learn and understand new technologies
*A scientific approach to problem solving
*Full UK driving license
