This dynamic privately owned company are a renowned Architectural practise who cover Surrey. They work on a variety of projects within a range of sectors including residential, Health care and Education. They are known for they unique work on a range of projects offering a quality service to a their vast client base. Due to an increasing workload and promising pipeline of work so are therefore looking for a Graduate Architectural to join the team. This close knit company pride themselves on staff development.
This company offer full training, you will have support from technically experienced professional whilst gaining hands on experience. This is a great opportunity to work your way up a highly respected company where there is no glass celling and you can progress to director level.
In this role you work alongside the directors initial receiving hands on training. You will work on a variety of project in the education, healthcare and residential sector. You will work on a variety of works including producing technical drawings, building regulation submissions, tender and specification packages. Unlike a typical graduate role you will also have the opportunity to go to sites, meet with clients and gain a good understand of the whole project process. This is great opportunity for a graduate who is looking to gain hands on experience and propel through the ranks.
This role would therefore suit a highly motivated individual who is seeking a career in Architectural Technology. You will have a relevant HNC/ HND or degree / Masters qualification in Architectural Technology. The successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator and seeking an opportunity to progress their career with a long term position in a renowned company.

The Role:
- Graduate Architectural Technician
- Producing specification packages and technical drawings
- Conducting site visits and meeting with clients
- Hand on training from a technical expert
The Person:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or Building Surveying
- Desire to progress within your career
- Looking to gain intense training and support
- Full UK Drivers license (Ideally)
