The ideal candidate will be a Financial Controller with manufacturing and job costing experience who enjoys both the operational and strategic aspects of finance, including month-end close, reporting, cash flow management, and supporting business decision-making.
The Role:
- Lead month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee cash flow, job costing, AP/AR, and financial controls
- Support leadership with financial analysis, ROI, and strategic decision-making
- Manage audits, compliance, and ERP-based reporting (Epicor preferred)
- Supervise the Assistant Controller and support wider finance operations
- Monday-Friday with flexible start times
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven Financial Controller or senior accounting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manufacturing or job costing experience preferred
