Field Service Engineer (Generators)

Basingstoke - Covering South East

£30,000 + Overtime + Van + Training + Mobile + Benefits

An excellent opportunity for a Generator Engineer to join a close knit team in a business that cares about its employees, where you will maximise your earnings through overtime.

Do you have experience working on generators? Have you got a full UK drivers license?

This established business have a wide range of clients across the UK, supplying UK construction/plant hire businesses. They are known for their care and investment in their workforce, which is reflected in their low staff turnover and high retention rates.

In this field based position you will travel to various customer sites, servicing and maintaining a range of Diesel generators. Therefore prior experience within small engines fault finding, repairs and breakdowns is needed, with the business willing to offer training to a mechanically biased engineer.

The role will be based from home, with occasional travel to the depot near Basingstoke, therefore being within an hour's commute is preferred but not essential. There is a focus on experience over qualifications with none needed to be considered.
