Site Based, Commutable from Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Weston Super Mare and the surrounding areas

£40,000 - £55,000 + Autonomy over facilities projects + Technical Career Progression + Bonus + Benefits + Flexi Time + 30 days holiday

Are you an Facilities Manager looking to join a rapidly growing M&E consultancy firm that can offer full autonomy over a range of small, medium and large scale projects, qualification opportunities and chartership down the line?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, where you will work alongside members of an established M&E consultancy team on varied building service related mechanical and electrical projects, surveying, analyzing, and consulting on the delivery of those projects in an efficient capacity.

The business is one of the fastest growing companies in it's respective field, with an extremely high demand in 2022 for their services and a large number of new projects within the business. They are extremely focused on the development of their employees in terms of skills and reward them through pay reviews, great benefits packages and the chance to work of a variety of M&E projects In an autonomous capacity.

In this role you will be based out of their site in Bristol where you will be working on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday on the development and implementation of a host of cradle to grave projects aimed end to end management and assessment of all mechanical and electrical aspects of the varied building service projects. The role will include aspects of M&E defect diagnosis, spare parts availability research, cost benefit analysis and lifecycle planning to appraise refurbishment or replacement alternatives and report writing to present a case, then follow through with specification writing and project management.
