Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

£30,000 - £35,000 + circa £1481 callout bonus + Days Based + Training + Shop & Gym Discounts + Work/ Life Balance + Overtime + 30 Days Holiday + Pension

Have you got experience with building/ facilities Maintenance, Plumbing, or ventilation experience looking to join a close knit team in a varied and interesting site based role?

In this role you will be site based, along with six other engineers. You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance. There will also be an on-call rota of 1 in 5 weeks, in which you will gain a bonus regardless of being called out, and premium rates for any work completed during that time.

The role would suit a candidate who has experience in a building maintenance or facilities role or similar and is mechanically biased.

The Role:
*40 Hours per week, 8:00am - 16:00pm
*Planned preventative maintenance, reactive, breakdowns
*Mechanical site maintenance
*Working alone and as part of a team

The Person:
*Mechanically biased maintenance engineer
*Previous facilities maintenance, such as working in a hotel, leisure, or NHS industry
*People with plumbing or ventilation experience encouraged to apply
*Lives within commutable distance of Birmingham
