This market leading company develop and manufacture complex medical devices and supply these products into major European and US markets. This Blue-chip company have been established for over 60 years and currently employ over 650 employees within the UK, they have a great reputation that is built on the quality of their engineers and products they supply. Due to signing significant development and manufacturing collaboration agreements they are looking for a facilities manager to lead one of their manufacturing facilities.
In this role you will be take day to day responsibility for the management of all FM Project works, to provide technical and financial updates and progress reports to the Facilities Manager and local management teams. You will manage FM building service maintenance and FM related projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to cost. You will review and coordinate the day to day planned and reactive maintenance to all FM assets, to include in house and subcontracted services.
This role would ideally suit someone that is currently working as a facilities engineer, with proven experience of supervising or overseeing tradesman.
