The company are a long standing and reputed firm specialising in Facilities Management. They are quickly expanding and due to securing new business contracts are looking for a Facilities/Contract Manager to provide an excellent and professional service to their prestigious clients in the public sector.
The role will involve being in charge of all PPM & the PPM Management System, carry out quality audits, draft site budgets & identify cost efficiencies/increased profitability situations, resolve contractual disputes and manage all site personnel. You will also have other relevant duties and will have the chance to manage other sites as the role progresses.
