In this days based position you will be responsible for undertaking plumbing/fabric planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services throughout designated buildings, in additional to general caretaking activities, ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and contractual compliance. In addition, the Fabric Maintenance Operative shall undertake any planned minor installation works or other such project works as required.
The ideal candidate will come from a multi skilled fabric background with strong skills in plumbing and carpentry.

The role
*Monday to Friday days based role
*35 hours a week
*Fabric maintenance on 3 larges colleges (Kings cross, Victoria and Regents park)
*Overtime available
The person
*Have experience in a commercial fabric/ handyperson role.
*Be multi skilled with experience in plumbing and carpentry
*Be commutable to kings cross.
