European Sales Director (HVAC)

DACH Area - Germany, Austria, Switzerland and surrounding territories

€Negotiable Salary + Bonus (€25,000 - €30,000 - 1st Year OTE) + Car Allowance + Holiday + Pension + Benefits

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales person with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning experience to join a well-funded start-up business in a newly created role where you will be tasked with developing the European market and growing a team.

This rapidly-growing company is on track to revolutionise the way buildings are cooled and heated. They aim to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions and lead positive change within the HVAC industry. Their innovative product is suitable for, but not limited to, commercial, residential and high-precision environments, and the next five years will see significant sales growth.

In this role you will be tasked with developing the European side of the business. Strategising, generating leads, converting to sales while growing a delivery team and building relationships with local contractors to help with installation and warranty claims. You will report to the UK head office, however the role will be largely autonomous and you will have a lot of scope to develop and put your own stamp on this side of the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a senior level sales role within HVAC or transferable skills and customer relationships from a similar industry. You will bring, as well as build, new, strong relationships with customers, clients and industry stakeholders and also be comfortable with working in a start-up environment and will be self-motivated to grow a division and team.

The person:
*Proven success in a senior level Sales role.
*Experience within Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or similar industry
*Comfortable working in a start-up style environment
*Self motivated
*Ideally based in the DACH region, however will consider most countries in Western Europe.
