💷 £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000 - £100,000+)

At Rise Technical, you'll run a 360 recruitment desk with the mission of changing lives - yours, your clients' and your candidates'.

- Progression: Target/merit based progression with the opportunity for leadership & Director level roles
- Commission: 10-40% of everything that you invoice. Opportunity in year 1 to earn £70k+
- Training: Industry-leading training from our L&D team and access to tools for continuous self-development

Role: Associate Recruitment Consultant
- Win clients, build partnerships, find them the best talent on the market
- Cold calling, new business development & lead generation
- Interviewing & managing candidates through the recruitment process
