The Role:
- Lead engineering projects from proposal stage through final delivery
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and client relationships
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and client growth initiatives
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience managing engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Background within consulting engineering, municipal, utilities, infrastructure, land development, or related industries
