Electrical Project Manager - HV

London / Nationwide

£40,000-£65,000 + Vehicle + Healthcare + Pension + Holiday

Do you have experience as a Project Manager within the HV industry, looking to join a well-established business within the power industry, where you will directly influence the trajectory of the company>

On offer is the opportunity to join a continuously expanding company, giving you the chance to oversee the design, installation and supply of electrical systems.

This company specialises in high voltage substation electrical systems. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require an Electrical Project Manager to outline timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver an electrical operation project.

In this role, you will help the company continue its goals in growth, whilst also providing a brilliant service through complying with the DNO's, National Grid and other regulators and managing grid connections.

The Role:
- Negotiate with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
- Manage the project lifecycle from start to completion and to budget as well as high standards.
- Ensure successful delivery of the project objectives and targets set out by the relevant contract, company procedures and statutory legislation in H&S as well as quality.
- Draw up schedules, allocate time, resource and budget as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time.

The Applicant:
- Experience as a project manager within the high voltage/power industry.
- HND/HNC in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in compiling RAMS & SHEQ.
- Able to travel throughout the UK.
