£48,000 - £50,000 + Progression to Lead Engineer + Days Based + Training + Overtime
Leicester, commutable from: Wigston, Coalville, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with PLCs/automated machinery experience, looking to step up into a leading role within a globally renowned business?

Excellent opportunity to develop and become the go-to, technical point of contact for all things related to Electrical Engineering within the flagship site of a multi-billion pound organisation. Further progression into management off the tools is available beyond this.

This is an excellent time to join the business as they continually re-invest in their site, providing the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art machinery.

In this role you will move up to lead engineer, carrying out the maintenance and repair of PLCs and automated equipment such as drives, motors, relays, sensors and associated components.

This role suits an electrical maintenance engineer experienced with PLCs and automated machinery, who is looking to progress into a leading role where you can impact the success of this companies primary location.

The Role:

  • Maintenance and repair of PLCs/automated machinery
  • Progressing to lead role, providing technical support to other engineers
  • Monday - Friday, days based

The Person:

  • Electrical maintenance background with PLCs/automated machinery/controls
  • NVQ / HNC / HND qualified or similar
  • 17th / 18th edition
