Electrical Engineer - Transmission
$130,000 - $160,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + 401k + Healthcare Package + PTO

Are you a Project Engineer with Transmissions experience who is looking to take on an exciting new role that offers a progression path into Management, Director and VP level roles?
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with vast PLS CAD experience to take the Technical lead on a range of exciting projects while being offered on the job training from a team of experienced Engineer.

While they have shown growth in recent years they are still a family owned consultancy that are known as being a great place to work for all of its employees. And now they are looking for a Transmission Project Engineer to join their growing team.
In this role you will be tasked with learning the company specific methods, you will interact with clients to discuss potential projects, you will train and mentor younger Engineers and CAD drafters, you will take the technical lead on Transmission related projects. You will also review Technical Drawings and Projects and then stamp then once you have ensured they meet company and industry standards.

The role
- Interact with Clients to maintain relationships and discuss upcoming projects.
- Train and Mentor a team of Engineers and CAD Drafters.
- Take the Lead on Transmission related Projects.
- Review Technical Drawings and Projects and then stamp then once you have ensured they meet company and industry standards.
The Person
- Previous experience with Transmission Design.
- Bachelors degree in related Engineering field.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience with PLS CAD software.
