Are you an experienced Controls Engineer from an industrial manufacturing background, looking to take the next step into a leadership role?
This is an exciting opportunity to become the 'go-to' controls expert on site, driving automation upgrades, improving systems, and shaping the future of controls across the facility.

While you won't have direct reports initially, you'll play a key role in guiding and supporting the electricians, leading projects hands-on, and setting the standard for automation excellence.
This role is perfect for a Controls or Electrical Engineer with experience in Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems, ready to step up into a lead or supervisory-level position with long-term career growth.
The Role:
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and process control systems
- Diagnose and repair automated and electrical equipment including PLCs, AC/DC motors, HMIs, and sensors
- Support and enhance new and existing plant control systems (both software and hardware)
- Provide guidance and technical support to the electrical team
The Person:
- Background in Industrial Electrical Controls
- Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Previous leadership experience is a plus, though open to someone ready to step up
