The ideal candidate will have experience leading product management and development teams in an industrial or capital equipment environment, while managing complex sales and project cycles.
The Role:
- Lead and mentor your own small product team to ensure successful product delivery
- Engage with clients, contractors and engineers to influence project specifications and solution adoption
- Oversee pricing strategy, negotiations, proposal development, and margin control to ensure commercial alignment
- Manage vendor relationships and guide project scheduling, costs, and milestone execution
- Analyze market trends, sales feedback and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
The Person:
- Proven leadership experience in product management or technical sales roles
- Experience within an industrial or capital equipment environment
- Experience leading teams through complex sales and project cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred (not required)
