Are you a Design Engineer who has worked with automated machinery?
Do you want a varied role where you will be working on a range of automation projects for a range of customers in different industries?
This organization work with a range of clients across the US designing and manufacturing automation and control systems. With a small headcount they are part of a larger group of international businesses and have a large and secured order book and are currently undergoing continual expansion of their team and need a Design Engineer to hit the ground running on multiple projects.
In this role you will be responsible for the design of a range of automation equipment across multiple projects and for different industries such as conveyors, PLC controls machinery, production lines, robotics and more. You will develop bills of materials, and work with application and engineering teams for proposals and build problems.
You will be a Design Engineer with knowledge of 3D CAD and ideally have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

The Role:
*Design of a range of automation equipment from start to finish
*Working with different 3D CAD packages
*Develop bills of materials, design packs and scope and specifications
*Support the applications and build teams on proposals and build problems
The Person:
*Design or Mechanical Engineer
*3D CAD knowledge (Solidworks or AutoCAD)
*Designed automated equipment or machinery or similar
*Ideally have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
