In this role you will be playing a key role within the Asset Strategy team & you will be responsible for leading the collection & analysis of data across multiple systems in some of the largest projects the industry has seen.
The ideal candidate will be a Data Analyst individual that has a background within the housing sector looking to develop their career long term in to senior roles or managerial positions.
* Collection & analysis of data across multiple systems
* Develop and maintain the Asset Management System
* Ensuring complete compliance of statutory obligations and data quality
* Detailed knowledge of housing, business planning and asset management systems
* Previous experience in and Knowledge of the housing sectors regulatory and statutory requirements
·*Highly analytical and able to use and build multiple, complex data sources
* Looking for training, development & progression
