Excellent opportunity on offer for a Data Analyst with an Asset Managment background looking for training & development to progress their career in to Managerial level roles.

The company specialise within the housing sector and are set to become London's largest developer of new homes. In this role you will be playing a key role within the Asset Strategy team & you will be responsible for leading the collection & analysis of data across multiple systems in some of the largest projects the industry has seen.

The ideal candidate will be a Data Analyst individual that has a background within the housing sector looking to develop their career long term in to senior roles or managerial positions.

The Role:


* Collection & analysis of data across multiple systems
* Develop and maintain the Asset Management System
* Ensuring complete compliance of statutory obligations and data quality

The Person:

* Detailed knowledge of housing, business planning and asset management systems
* Previous experience in and Knowledge of the housing sectors regulatory and statutory requirements
·*Highly analytical and able to use and build multiple, complex data sources

* Looking for training, development & progression
