£20,000-£25,000 + Training + Holidays + Pension

This plumbing and heating company specialise in the installation, servicing and maintenance of all different heating systems, this includes general gas boilers, oil boilers as well as renewable heating systems. Following their success over recent years they are looking to expand their team to help cover the work demand, as such they are looking for a new Customer Service Coordinator.

In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, you will offer impeccable customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with the companies service. Your day to day tasks will involve responding to email and phone enquiries, logging and allocating jobs on the companies computer software, organizing the diaries of engineers and other operatives, and preparing invoices on the completion of work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Customer Service position for a plumbing and heating company. In order to be successful, you will need admin experience in an office environment, a great telephone manner and a can-do attitude.

The Role:
*Customer Services Coordinator
*Liaise with customers, respond to enquiries ensuring customer satisfaction with the work as it completed
*Book jobs and arrange in accordance with Engineers diaries
*Preparation of invoices upon the completion of work
*£20,000-£25,000 + Training + Holiday + Pension

The Person:
*Customer Service and Administration experience in an office environment
*Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
*Experience operating computer software's and general basic IT skills
*Can-do attitude and ability to work in a team
