Customer Service Advisor (Mechanical)

£28,000 - £32,000 + Early Finish Friday + Full Industry Training + Progression into Management +33 days holiday + Pension

Commutable from Bristol, Bradley Stoke, Yate, Thornbury, Portishead, Thornbury, Almondsbury

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor from a trades or engineering/mechanical background looking for an exciting new challenge offering technical training and personal development?

The business specialises in the manufacturer, development, assembly, installation and maintenance of a range of specialist equipment within the mechanical fluid system industries. They are a multinational business and the market leaders in their chosen field, with a real drive for technical excellence, To keep up with this demand and ensure they provide a premium service they are looking to bring in an additional Customer Service Advisor.

The role involves speaking to customers and taking orders, advising on prices, stock availability, deliveries & returns, as well as talking to suppliers to ensure both are up to date with progress of orders and delivery dates etc. Resolving customer issues and queries will be a key part of the role as well as offering a first class after sales service.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience within a customer service role within the trades or engineering sectors who is looking to work for a well established company who offer a great package alongside long term career progression.

The role:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Resolving queries & managing expectations
  • Advising on promotions, stock availability, prices, deliveries & returns
  • Talking to suppliers
  • General Admin duties

  • An excellent communicator who is 100% customer focused & looking to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • A problem solving 'can do' attitude & the ability to speak to both customers and suppliers
