£45,000 + £65,000 + Car Allowance + progression opportunities

A rare and exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Manager with a residential housebuilding background to hold a brand new and vital role within a new homes maintenance contractor. You will have a varied workload in a autonomous role, making it your own ensuring continued success of the growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Customer Care Manager with a housebuilding background who is looking for a new challenge. This role offers a chance to transfer your current skillset and apply it to a new position where you will have variety in works whilst receiving a great salary and benefits package along with a chance to progress your career to head of customer care.

This new homes maintenance contractor work with a range of housebuilders, social housing and Estate agencies nationwide. Since being established they've been through a massive growth period completing a range of small and major work projects across the new homes industry. Customer relations are fundamental to ensure this company can continue growing and therefore are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join the growing team.

In the new role you will have the freedom to make it your own. Your main target will be to main point of contract for clients, you will build new relationships with clients whilst maintaining existing client relationship ensuring they are happy with the service they're receiving and overseeing any complaints. You will implement new strategies to ensure the clients are receiving a smooth service.

The ideal candidate will have a customer care background in residential housing, you will have overseen a team of customer care professionals and have experience with implementing new strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be an ambitious candidate looking for a new challenge in a exciting role within a growing company with the aim to progress your career to head of customer care.
