$95,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Profit Share

You'll work closely with the Director of Engineering ahead of their retirement - giving you a rare opportunity to learn, develop, and position yourself for future leadership. The business is big on backing their people, offering full support for training, certifications, and ongoing development.

In this role, you'll split your time between hands-on work on the plant floor and office-based engineering. You'll be working across PLCs, HMIs, and DCS systems, supporting operations, improving controls, and coordinating projects.

The Role:

  • Troubleshooting and improving PLC, HMI, and DCS systems on-site
  • Supporting engineering projects and plant upgrades
  • Split between plant floor and office (P&IDs, AutoCAD Electrical, budgeting)
  • Coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal teams

The Person:

  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and DCS
  • Background in manufacturing or process environments
  • Ambitious and looking for progression into senior/leadership roles
  • S. Citizen or Green Card holder
