Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an expanding company, working on exciting multi million pound projects, where you will be fully supported to progress in your career.

This dynamic, forward thinking business specialise in the design, development and delivery of care home construction projects across the UK.

They work with high profile clients in the care home industry and have seen massive growth over the past few years and are looking to expand the team.
They are looking to invest into the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their close knit team.

In this role you will be responsible for running multiple projects across the Buckinghamshire and North London area to start with and be prepared for to travel projects across the South of the UK. The week will be usually spilt between two days working from home, two days on site and one day in the head office in Oxford.

Alongside this, you will be responsible for programming, managing the procurement process, liaising with the design team, structural engineers and report back to Directors with progress updates on a monthly basis. The company works with some very high-profile clients within the industry and have made a name for themselves by ensuring quality is delivered throughout every project.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Contracts Manager or Site Manager with previous experience in the care home industry looking to join growing company and make a real difference to a well-established family run business.
