£40,000 - £45,000 + progression, training, car and benefits.

Are you an aspiring Contracts Manager from a construction background? Do you wish to join a successful, ambitious team working with the UKs largest tier 1 contractors?

This successful business to supply their bespoke products to some of Europe's largest and most reputable contractors. This company specialize in manufacturing highway and road safety systems.

This contractor have strong values to be the leader in their market and offer their employees access to on going training and rapid progression whilst working alongside the UKs biggest names in construction. This company manufacture car parking safety systems using sheet metal and structural steel materials working across private sites and highways projects.

In this role, you will be managing contracts with values ranging from £100-500k across multiple projects across the UK being a key communicator between the company and the client so strong communication skills are paramount. You will work in an office based role with opportunity to attend site visits and site meetings. You will manage the projects to program and in line with RAMs reports, able to write and revise RAMs with strong site health and safety knowledge. Ideally, you will have experience working within NEC contracts from a construction background with knowledge of working within civil/highways/steel projects. This role has natural progression into management with encouraged training and development.

The Person:

  • Contract Manager/Senior Site Manager aspiring
  • Experience in metal/steel/highways/civils
  • CSCS/Health & Safety Qualification
  • Full UK license
