Contracts Manager (Geotechnical/Ground Investigation)

High Wycombe based - South East of England - Regional Manager

£40,000- £50,000 + 20% profit share bonus scheme (no limit) + Company Vechicle & Phone + Great progression opportunities

This company operates as a main and specialised contractor on a variety of projects within the Geotechnical and environmental sector. In this role you will be involved in the day to day organisation, supervision, co-ordination and undertaking of the company's contracting workload, covering the South East of England. In this role you will run, manage and develop all contracting works in the South East as a regional Manager, meaning your role will include contract management, client liaison, and ultimately ensuring the delivery of an excellent service. At first you will be based in High Wycombe working on your own (initially) building up to lead a team of engineers in the future.

The role allows a clear path of progression for the right candidate, allowing you to prove your worth and work your way up to the prestigious role of Associate Director in an expanding and developing company. The ideal candidate should have experience in the ground investigation industry an also hold a degree in Geology or Civil Engineering whilst having at least 4 years management experience in ground investigation contracts.

The Role:
* Run, Manage and develop all contracting works in the South East of England
* Assist projects from cradle to grave
* Experience with Management in ground investigation contracts
* Management of labour, both permanently employed and sub-contractors

The Person:
* Significant knowledge and experience in the Geotechnical and Environmental Sector
* Relevant experience in Contract Management
* Commercially Aware - good time management, planning skills and man management
* Chartered or close to Chartered
