Do you have a good understanding of Six Sigma? Have you previously worked within continuous improvements in a fast paced environment?


This market-leading company are specialists within their field, designing, developing and manufacturing innovative plastic packaging methods for consumer goods companies. This company are currently thriving and in high demand for their services which has led to them looking to recruit a like-minded Continuous Improvement Manager to join their growing team.

This position is a key role within the company and is a hands on technical position where you will, innovate and add initiative for continuous improvements to be made within a high volume manufacturing environment. You will utilise your expert knowledge by implementing improvement methods and identifying better, more efficient ways of working


This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience working within continuous improvements to work inn an autonomous position where you will implement your innovative ideas at a market leading company.



The Role:

  • Implement continuous improvement ideas in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • To deliver improvement activities across the business through innovative thinking and ideas
  • Monday - Friday (8:30am - 17:00pm)
  • £40,000 - £48,000 + Autonomous Role + Training + Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits



The Person:

  • Comes from a continuous improvement background
  • Experience in Six Sigma and LEAN
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Commutable to Norwich
