Are you a Community Engagement Manager or Officer with a passion for Telecoms? Are you looking for a varied role, split between home, office, and field-based work? Do you have an enthusiasm for driving Community Engagement?

The business has the vision of providing all homes within Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Southall, and Oxfordshire with gigabit broadband by 2025. Through delivering critical full fibre infrastructure and offering competitive customer packages, this company has the vision to become one of the leading broadband providers within the telecommunications industry in the Southeast region. To do this, they're looking to expand their current team, recruiting enthusiastic and exceptional candidates who are the right fit to stay at the business long term.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the Telecoms industry in a similar position or be looking to take the step up into a Community Engagement Manager position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement and be comfortable interacting with communities on behalf of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company which is built to last, within a diverse and rewarding position. Within this position, you will play a real part in the company's growth, assisting with the company's success, with the chance to progress to the Head of Commercial and Business Development.

The Role:
*Work in support of the Head of Business Development and Commercial.
*Lead community engagement and marketing activities.
*Travelling to communities and driving engagement in the following localities: Buckinghamshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire.
*Run campaigns with communities using various marketing and social media tools.
*Role split between travelling to communities, working from home, and going into the London office once per week.

The Person:
*Community engagement manager or officer, or somebody with relevant experience looking to move into the industry.
*Some experience/understanding within Telecommunications.
*Comfortable with and passionate about community engagement.
*Happy with attending events out of hours.
*Great communication skills.
