Commercial Asset Manager
Dublin

This company identify, develop and deliver utility scale solar and energy storage systems across the UK and the world, their portfolio includes some of the largest solar farms in the UK. Following an incredibly successful past few years and the increased demand for renewable energy they are currently in an exciting growth period and as such they are now looking for a new Commercial asset manager to support this growth.
In this role you will develop and maintain relationships with investors, local partners, land owners and stakeholders, you will help develop internal audits and annual accounts processes overseeing the operational side to ensure smooth project delivery. Other responsibilities with include contract management and general commercial management of BESS whilst liaising with the asset owner to the project development.
The ideal candidate will have a background in project or asset management within an energy storage or utility solar PV company which will be supported by a university degree in a related discipline. You will need to have sound technical understanding of renewable technologies and be able to discuss and communicate complex financial developments associated with your portfolio of assets.

The Role:
*Commercial Asset Manager

*4 days per week in Dublin office
The Person:
*2+ years experience in Project or Asset management
*Solar PV or BESS experience required
*Sound understanding of financial principles
*University degree is required
