£25,000 - £30,000 + Days + Early Finish Friday + Offline and Online Training + Progression + Holiday + Overtime + Pension

Workshop Based, Commutable from Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester, Preston, Abbotsbury, Poxwell, West Bay

Are you a CNC set and operator with turning experience looking for a role that will provide exceptional online and offline programming training to become a fully capable CNC programmer while offering genuine opportunities to progress into Team Leader and Management positions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become fully trained within CNC programming while working on state of the art machinery in a large manufacturing site. This while being offered clear routes of progression to begin your journey to Management/Team Leader positions and chances to maximise your earnings through overtime.

This company are a well-respected, leading manufacturer of specialist components across a range of different industries. They are a well-established, growing and close-knit team, still thriving through this period of economic uncertainty. Due to increased business, they are looking to take on an additional CNC Machinist to ensure they maintain their efficient and quality service.

In this role you will be based in the workshop environment setting and operating specialist CNC Machines to produce a range of products for a large client base. The role is days based with an early Finish Friday allowing a good work life balance and the company provide specific training on programming and specialist machines to increase your technical skills
