CNC Machinist

37.75 hours per week. (Alternative shift pattern) £21-£25,000 & 29% Shift Allowance

+Training + Benefits + Bonus + Overtime + Pension


An excellent opportunity for a CNC Machinist looking for on the job training, technical development and plenty of overtime with and established company who are looking to expand

On offer is a varied role where you CNC Turning, Setting and Operating with a well-established manufacturing company, working across different departments in the business

As part of a small manufacturing cell you will receive on the job technical training to to set up and operate a number of different computerized numerical controlled machine tools.

This role would suit an experienced CNC Machinist who has experience setting and operating CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Machines, looking for a well-established and highly stable company, where you can train on new machines, receive technical development and great company benefits.

The Role:

  • Be able to inspect and verify own work to match quantity and quality standards.
  • Inspect work for proper dimensions and be able to document results
  • working from blueprints
  • Setup and operate CNC lathe or CNC mill machines

The Person:

  • work of technical drawings and blueprints
  • Experienced CNC Setter/operator
  • knowledge of CNC lathes/mill experience
  • knowledge of programming methods
