CAD Technician (Building Services)
Based in: Milton Keynes
Office based role
£30,000 - £35,000 + Annual Bonus & salary review + Private Health Cover + Holidays package + Income Protection

In this role you will be at the forefront of designing for a range of projects, maintaining a close relationship with design engineers and other departments as well as take charge of design records and proper storage. You will be offered multiple training courses in line with your career development.

The role:
- Designing and editing plans using 2D AutoCAD
- Working on a wide range of building services projects for a company with an excellent reputation
- Collaboration with design engineers in other relevant departments (depending on project)
The person:
- Prior experience in the building services industry
- Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD
- Based within commuting distance to Milton Keynes office
