Bristol (City Centre)

£21,500 - £24,000 + Training + Overtime + Progression + Benefits + Holiday + Pension

In this role, you will have an essential part in the building's planned and preventative maintenance work, ranging from fault finding, compliance tasks and refurbishment. This jobs offers amazing benefits, overtime opportunities and the very occasional emergency call-outs paid at premium rate to boost earnings. The role is Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm), allowing for a perfect work-life balance.

The Role:
*Maintenance Technician
*Fault Finding, Preventative, Planned and Reactive Maintenance
*Days: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)
*Great benefits package

The Person:
* Previous Maintenance experience
* Pluming NVQ Level 2 (not essential)
* Live commutable to Bristol
* Valid full UK driving license
