Build Supervisor (Fibre & Civils)

Colchester

Up to £40,000 + Hybrid Working + Company Car + Progression Opportunities

They aim to do this by working closely with rural communities and through recruiting the best and brightest individuals within the industry to design and build their network. The ideal candidate for this role will have a great understanding of fibre network installations and some experience within a supervisory position. The ideal candidate will also have a good understand of civils and fibre work in an FTTP domain, be comfortable liaising with stakeholders, and be passionate about their professional development.

The Role:
*Reporting to the Build Manager.
*Support the Build Manager in ensuring that company partners are meeting company standards and health and safety regulations.
*Ensure that builds are progressing in line with predetermined timescales.
*Regular contact with local authorities to ensure that issues related to traffic management or permits are dealt with efficiently.
*Carrying out regular site audits.
*Role split between home, office, and site-based working.

The Person:
*Excellent understanding of poling, fibre or civils installations on a FTTP network.
*Experience within a supervisory position desirable (but not essential).
*Comfortable liaising with stakeholders.
*NRSWA Qualification desirable.
*Invested in personal development.
