The ideal candidate will be a Navy trained Boiler Manager, or have a similar industrial background, looking to take the next step in a progressive and forward-thinking company.
The Role:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the boiler, kiln and wider departments, ensuring safety, compliance and performance, while overseeing three direct reports
- Drive improvements in reliability, energy efficiency and thermal performance
- Plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across the site
- Monitor KPIs, analyze downtime and implement corrective actions to enhance overall plant performance
The Person:
- Background in industrial boiler, biomass, or power plant operations (Navy-trained candidates highly regarded)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a relevant industrial setting
- Strong technical and problem solving skills
