Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a rapidly growing company offering a role with great training and progression opportunities and the chance to work on a diverse range of interesting projects for private clients and bespoke developments.

Are you an Architectural Technician with experience working on high end residential projects? Do you have experience using autoCAD?

This award winning Architectural Practice provide a full range of design and technical services within the residential sector to private residential clients and . They focus primarily on small works across London and the home counties on bespoke, luxury projects ranging from £150-£2 million in value. As a result of continued expansion and exciting pipeline, they are now looking for an additional Architectural Technician to join their vibrant London office with regular staff socials and opportunity to also work from home.

In this role you will be involved in projects from cradle to grave including producing tender packages, building reg drawings and construction drawings. The company are committed to developing their own workforce therefore offer lots of additional training, fund and assist in CPD and actively support as well as excellent scope for progression into senior level roles. This role comes with the opportunity to undergo Revit training to further your skillset and progress in your career. You will ideally have 5 years experience in UK architectural practice.

This is a varied and challenging role and would ideally suit an Architectural Technician with a sound knowledge of Revit looking for to work for a friendly company with exciting plans for the future.

The Role:

  • Architectural Technician
  • Residential projects for private clients and small, bespoke developers.
  • Knowledge of planning and building reg drawings.
  • Lots of training and development on offer.

The Person:

  • Experience in a similar role in residential architecture.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Ability to manage own workload to deliver cradle to grave projects.
  • Able to attend site visits, driving license desirable.
  • Commutable to London.
