Established over 60 years ago this company provide specialist solutions for various process industries. With plans to continue growing the business and the marketplace booming this role will play a crucial part in helping the company achieve its long term goals.
In this position you will support the sales function through taking customer enquiries and developing detailed proposals. These will be passed on to the manufacturing and projects team and you’ll work closely with both to ensure contractual requirements are met. This is mainly an office based role but will involve occasional travel to customer sites.
The ideal candidate will be an Applications Engineer with experience of working with mechanical pumps or process machinery. As this is a position where you will be supporting the sales team and offering technical expertise, good communication skills are essential.
*Producing proposals and quotes from customer queries
*Mainly office based but with some visits to customer sites
*Working closely with manufacturing, projects and customer to ensure contracts are met
*£35’000- £39’000 + Training + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
*Mechanical Engineering experience
