You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, developing technical solutions, preparing quotations, supporting product development initiatives, and helping drive the continued growth of the business.
The Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop technical solutions and cost estimates based on customer requirements
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver projects successfully
- Support business development activities, customer visits, and industry events
The Candidate:
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Technical sales, applications engineering, customer-facing engineering, or customer service experience preferred
