Administrative Assistant (Solar)

This company is a leading residential solar EPC company who operate across the whole of Florida. They have been expanding rapidly with huge goals and aspirations for future growth whilst maintaining their family-like culture.


In this role you will be responsible for scheduling and organization of complex activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and department activities for all members of the department. You will be a key point of contact between the VP of business development and a diverse group of external clients as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. The role offers the opportunity to progress to an Account Manager.


The ideal candidate must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish. They must have some experience within the solar industry. Preference for experience as a Project Administrator with a full understanding of all Microsoft programs.

The role:

* Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and department activities for all members of the department.
* Acting as the point of contact between the VP of Business Development and clients.
* Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information
* Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.

The person:

* MUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
* MUST have some experience within the solar industry
* Bachelor's degree or high school diploma equivalent experience.
* Microsoft proficiency
