2nd Line Support Engineer
£25,000-£28,000 + Ongoing Training + Progression + Pension + Paid overtime

This well-established business who provide their solutions to the public and private sector! They are looking to bring in another IT Support employee to help support with their IT issues. This also gives you the opportunity to come in and make the role your own and has the chance to go down the leadership route and manage your own team one day or technically progress into a specialism of your choice in the future!

You'd be responsible for escalating issues and liaising with 3rd parties where necessary along with testing, installing, and updating software, resolving any hardware or software issues, management and troubleshooting of tasks alongside existing external support. You would need to be confident with any ad hoc IT duties that could arise which may need to be completed outside of working hours, so flexibility is a required attribute.

*Office 365 / Active directory/ Servers/ networking / PC laptops / Phones
* Working in a small but experienced IT team
* Gradual progression across new technology
* 100% on site

The Person.

* At least 2 years' experience in IT support
* Experience with Office, Active Directory, Microsoft, Mobiles, OS, Servers, Desktops, Networking
* Knowledge of Mac and Apple is desirable
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, IPsec tunnels
