In this role you will join a small team of engineer's ranging from junior - senior level and you'll provide 1st line support to end users. As a 1st line engineer you'll resolve incidents, ensure they are logged in an appropriate timescale, assisting people via phone, email or in person (when in the office) tracking issues using the helpdesk software, escalating them to the relevant person when necessary and ensuring the best possible service to their users is delivered.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, technically competent with strong problem-solving skills, ability to deliver targets, great working knowledge of MS Office and ServiceNow, ability to work solo and as part of a wider team.

The role

  • Progression into 2nd / 3rd line support

The person

  • 1+ years' experience as a 1st line engineer
  • Good WFH station
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft, O365, Windows
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines to adhere to all relevant SLA's
