1st Line Service Desk Engineer
Sheffield
£22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus + Part Remote Working + Holiday + Pension + Progression
Excellent opportunity for a 1st line technical support engineer to join a growing IT and Cloud Solutions provider offering full in-house training and excellent progression opportunities.
This company are a well-established managed service business who provide technical support to a diverse range of clients and industries. They provide solutions such as Infrastructure support and migration as well as ERP and Cloud solutions.
In this role you will manage service requests and provide end user support via telephone and email, providing an excellent service to clients.
The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in a 1st or 2nd line technical support role and enjoy liaising with customers. You will be able to carry out network, software, and hardware diagnostics remotely. Any experience with Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 experience would be beneficial.

The Role:
*1st and 2nd Line Technical support
*Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
*Managing service requests
*Escalating deeper technical issues to 3rd line or field engineers
*This role requires 4 days on site and 1 day remote working
The Person:
*Experience in a 1st/2nd line Technical support role
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Any knowledge or experience with Office 365 or Azure would be beneficial
*Knowledge of LAN's & WAN's, Firewalls, switches, VMWare & Hyper-V is Desirable
