Rare and exciting role on offer for an ambitious Project Manager to join a company who are experts in light steel framing, with the opportunity to progress throughout the business rapidly.

This company are a niche construction company, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of light steel construction who consistently create high quality builds. They predominantly work on student accommodation and later living projects and have had great success with these which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their close-knit team and progress through the ranks.
In this role you will be based on site on site in Reading initially, and will then move on to other projects in the UK once this project is completed. You will be involved with projects from start to finish, working with the MD and Directors. This role will be particularly site based. You will be communicating with clients to ensure smooth completion of works alongside efficiently managing your time between running sites, attending meetings for new site projects, planning and scheduling works, placing orders, managing subcontractors, cost management, organising to ensure timely project completion. You will have the opportunity to gain training to further progress your career.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the construction industry with previous experience managing projects, and will be extremely motivated and ambitious, looking to make a real difference in your career and for the business.
