Multi-Skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer
Location: Dagenham
4 on 4 off Days and Nights
£45,000-£47,000 + Shift + No Call Out + Overtime + Specialist Industrial Training + Company Pension + Medical Scheme + Holidays
Are you an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from an industrial maintenance background looking for a well-paid role with a large, stable company?
The positions offer training and progression plus overtime opportunities.
The role will focus on fault diagnosis and repair work, working as part of a team on a shift basis.
The role:
- 4 On 4 Off split between days and nights
- Undertaking planned preventative maintenance and lubrication schedule on plant assets such as: pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves
- Carrying out risk assessments for works and ensuring H&S guidelines are adhered to.
- £45,000-£47,000 + Shift + No Call Out + Overtime + Specialist Industrial Training + Company Pension + Medical Scheme + Holidays
The person
- Hold a recognised apprenticeship.
- Hold a minimum CGLI or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Dual Skilled mechanical/Electrical is desirable but not essential.
- Confident with valve replacements and basic pneumatics.
- Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualifications/apprenticeship or time served.
- Experience in a production/process environment e.g Steam, FMCG, Chemicals, Water (advantageous)
