Are you an Estimator from a Mechanical background, looking to work on high end commercial projects across Springfield in a fast paced environment where you will further develop you skillset to allow you to progress to other Chief Estimator?
This well-established Mechanical Construction firm are one of the most exciting Mechanical companies in Massachusetts. They are a highly prestigious construction firm who specialize working on high value mechanical projects. Their employees have always been at the forefront of the business and have gotten an outstanding reputation for developing and progressing from within. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit an Estimator to develop and work within their well-established construction team.
This position is office based working on projects across Massachusetts. You will be tasked with preparing bids and attending meetings, preparing information to present to the lead and bidding on new projects. You will be given a structured training and development plan from the day you join to allow you to progress to chief estimator.
This would suit someone with a commercial HVAC / Plumbing background looking to further their career and progress into chief estimator.
