Excellent opportunity for a Construction Manager with Data Center experience to join an innovative, nouveau, high-energy leading investment and construction firm offering unique career progression with the chance to progress into senior management within a company with an exciting vision for the future.
Are you a Construction Manager with Data Center experience? Do you want to join an industry leading company which will provide you with experience working on multi-million-dollar projects? This company is a large player in the young industry with big goals, looking to build as many as 10 data centers before the end of next year.
As a sister company to an already established business, they are undergoing aggressive growth and have confirmed projects to facilitate further growth. This firm operates across a wide range of locations building large-scale commercial projects for high performance computing. Due to commencing a number of high value projects they are looking to recruit a motivated Construction Manager to join their small team and ultimately take on responsibility for the projects.
This position will be based in Houston, Texas. In this role you will be working on data centers for an important client and will be overseeing the ground up through to project completion for this facility. Responsibilities will include managing teams/subcontractors on site, ensuring full health and safety standards, managing schedules, managing external and internal stakeholders, commuting to site every day.

The Role:
- From planning to completion - manage all aspects of the project, including creation of project plans and project progress reports.
- Industry-leading bonuses upon project completion.
- Managing external and internal stakeholders.
- Communicating directly with company executives.
The Person:
- Previous experience in construction project management.
- Comfortable commuting to site Mon-Fri.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients.
